ºHow long have you been with DGC?

I have been with Do Good Co. since mid June of 2021 so a little over 7 months!

ºFavorite moment so far with DGC?

I have many moments that I love at Do Good! But my favorite moment was my first photoshoot. It was one of the hottest days of the summer and we went out to this lake. I remember not even minding the heat because we were having so much fun. It was the first time I really felt like part of the team. Either that or when Ashley ran a lap around the store after I told her I got engaged.

 ºFavorite thing about yourself?

I love that I am open to anything. I will try anything once (within reason). I may look stupid while doing it or feel awkward but at least I tried it! That's how you find what you really love. I am trying to challenge myself and not let fear run my life anymore.

ºName a moment (or two) that you’ve experienced in life that you hope to never forget.

When I went to Italy I took a small boat from my AirBNB to a nearby island. I sat at the front of the boat by myself and felt the wind in my hair and took in the beautiful blue water. I thought that this is what life is supposed to feel like. It felt like peace and freedom at the same time. I hope I never forget that moment.

 ºWho are you, really?

I think I am still trying to figure this one out. I believe that is what your 20s are all about. Finding out who you are, who you want to be. I know that I am a person who loves connection and is creative. Once I find out more I will let you know.

 ºFavorite place you’ve traveled?

Brighton, England. I was only there for a day but I loved it so much. It was filled with beautiful art, and bright colored buildings. I would love to go back and spend a week there.

ºWhat is one great lesson your parent(s) have taught you?

To never give up. I know that is a cliche but they taught me that if you truly love something keep working and one day you will achieve your dreams. If they did not teach me that I probably would have quit painting a long time ago.

 ºFavorite Starburst flavor?

Definitely the yellow starbursts. I know it's an unpopular opinion but I love lemon flavored things. However, since everyone hates them I always get my first pick!

 ºBook you're currently reading?

I am currently not reading anything unless you count my statistics psychology book. Since I am still in school and have to read books for a lot of my classes. I do not really find myself reading outside of something academic. However, Ashley gave me “Light Is The New Black” which I plan to read as soon as I have more time.

 ºNon-negotiable in a relationship? (Platonic/Romantic)

Communication! It’s something I have had to learn for myself. Unfortunately people cannot read minds so if I want them to know what I want or how I feel I have to tell them. It puts you in a vulnerable place but it’s crucial to any successful relationship.

º3 songs you’re currently listening to?

  • I Think I Like When It Rains- WILLIS
  • Freakin’ Out On The Interstate- Briston Maroney
  • And anything- Phoebe Bridgers

I love moody songs that make me feel something. I am really bad at remembering names of songs but I always remember the way I first felt.

ºWhat is the best thing about your life right now?

Honestly therapy. It is such a good outlet for me. I get to go there and get through a lot of hard stuff and I always come out of it with a new outlook and looking forward to the week in front of me.
